Aberemurdo – downright murder. The term was used to separate manslaughter murder from a willful murder.
Abet – To encourage other to commit a crime.
Abettor – One who persuade other people to commit a crime.
Accomplice – Someone who helps another person commit a crime.
Acquittal – To be found not guilty of a law violation.
Affiant – Someone who signs an affidavit.
Affidavit – Written statement of fact, signed and sworn to before a person having authority to administer an oath.
