       Many people assume that Living Trust is something for the rich. In reality a Living Trust can be created by anyone and is quite easy create, and there are valid reasons for a person to want a Living Trust.

You can choose anyone as a trustee, and the best part of it all is that you too can become the trustee. You can also select a successor trustee who, in the event of your demise, will ensure that your wishes are carried.

      So, if a Living Trust is useful, why is it that people avoid creating one? The reason actually is very simple. Most of us do not want to think about what would happen if they die or become incapacitated. It is this fear that prevents us from making a Living Trust.

       However, wondering what would happen to our family and children once we die is something we should think hard about. It is a situation that needs to be addressed by each one of us even if the thought is not a pleasant one.

Your Living Trust will help settle your estate on your death. It will also come in good stand if you are seriously injured in a mishap or an accident. For example, on getting injured in an accident, you are put on a breathing machine but if your Living Trust clearly states that you would not like that to happen, it will help your family make that difficult decision a little more easily.
