Type of Citations:
Parking Tickets – The court does not file for the parking tickets. If you get a one, you must make the payment to the parking agency. If you want to protest for your parking ticket, you can call the parking agency. It is advisable to pay your ticket early. The charge may increase daily. If you do not pay at all, your car’s registration may not be renewable.
Infraction Traffic Tickets – You get this type of ticket, when you run a red right or driving super fast. Furthermore, if you do not have insurance, the police can charge you with an infraction for driving without proof of insurance.
Misdemeanor Traffic Tickets – If the police caught you driving without a license, he/she may charge with misdemeanor ticket. However, this is not the case, if you are driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are caught with DUI, the police WILL take you under custody. So don’t drink and drive.
